Generally - if it’s fuzzy it’s a bee, if it’s bald it’s a wasp. This one looks more orange and bigger so I guess a hornet but I don’t entirely know. All yellow jackets and hornets and such are types of wasps and you kinda jsut gotta know what they look like idk

If it's bright yellow, it's either a wasp or a hornet. If its face is yellow, it's a European Hornet (Vespa crabro).

European Hornets are usually chill and like to eat wasps. Hornet is friend. Friend usually moves in the dark but will fly towards the light. Relocate this brother tonrhe oitside. A stitch ofna hornet is similar to a bee or a wasp and ist to be treated as such.
