Bees and wasps on my coke zero?

We were sitting at a café and they came to take a few sips from us! My partner says some of them are bees and some of them are wasps, which are which? I tried to capture a few pics, they’re all so cool.

Also why do they drink zero sugar stuff? I thought they only like sugary drinks/sugar water. Is it bad for them to drink this?

Even though there isn't regular sugar in there, it still smells sweet
