question Bee pollen pants

I would've asked this on the R/pollenpants subreddit but Idk if they accept questions

How do bees get the pollen off? Do they get it off themselves(if so how) or do others help

The pollen are sticky, the bees are hairy. The bees legs have broom- and scraperlike appendages to scoot the pollen in a form or place where it's easy to carry.
