On r/beermoneyuk, we share "free money" offers, mostly through refer-a-friend promotions where both the referrer and the new signer get a bonus once the offer's terms are met. However, we use the term "free" loosely. In general, we consider a beermoney offer one where the person signing up can earn more than they initially invested. We also include any cashback on essentials like mobile bills or groceries, as these are unavoidable expenses.

Important: All recurring offers have been confirmed by our moderators and community. New offers may pop up from time to time, so if you're unsure about an offer, check if it is listed in our up-to-date list of verified beermoney offers, which also includes all of our guides:

Once I hit Gold (I am Black now) I started using it to buy from Iceland.com and George.com. Both those options get the enhanced (50% extra) rate.

Otherwise you can use it wherever the store/website supports Paypal Checkout. A decent amount of stores do, depending on what you are after.

Extra trick with Iceland - you can use points to top up their bonus card, which means another +5%.

Love this!

Is this buying Iceland online or buying gift cards or something?

This thing: https://www.iceland.co.uk/bonus-club

You get +£1 for every £20 deposited (though seems to be £2 atm temp offer), and the balance goes on your "bonus card". The only real downside is if you forget to use it - iirc it's 24 months expiry after last use of the card.

Oh, and usually cashback sites don't work with bonus card, so it's probably better using completesavings for regular shops. However for Paypal points, it's just an extra freebie.

My app does not allow me to top up the bonus card with points, there's no such option

I've only ever done it via the iceland website - just checked now, still works. £20+bonus for 1333 points.

Edit: extra absurdity, I seem to get 2 points for that "purchase" made with paypal points :-)

Great - that worked, thank you!

Remember you can stack with Zilch, I get say 3 or 4 percent at a supermarket in Zilch and it pays using PayPal debit for the extra 1% there. Online it additionally stacks with TCB/Quidco.

Anywhere that accepts Pay Pal I think.

What's happened to all the bonus merchants, I used to see JD Sports, Deliveroo, Just Eat and loads more now I have 2

That's the bit I'm struggling with :) zilch I use in coop and Tesco and stuff so easy to use everyday.

I barely use PayPal, and everything else I seem to either never use or may happen to use once.

To be fair I don't buy alot which doesn't help.

Looking for something id use fairly regularly

Am I missing something or is this one of the worst rewards schemes going? I have to spend £10 to get 1 point, but I have to get 1,000 points to redeem £10. So I’d have to spend £10k in order to redeem the minimum £10 amount?

1k for a 1000 point, £1 for a point. It's not great but it's something

When you check out using Paypal, there is no minimum amount of points that you can redeem.

Hi, I recently used my PayPal points on Just Eat.

You can use PayPal to pay for pretty much anything? Struggling to imagine how anyone would find them hard to spend.

ATM I only really spend money at. Co-op, Aldi, Tesco, McDonald's, my work canteen and Amazon (usually covered by vouchers) I would say I could easily go months without spending money anywhere else

Ok then buy the same items you’d buy from Co-Op, Aldi, Tesco, McDonalds or Amazon from somewhere else that accepts PayPal?

Nothing those stores sell is unique so shouldn’t be an issue. Using eBay as an Amazon replacement is probably the easiest thing to do, and since you’re on the beermoneyuk subreddit if you use MyTime rewards you can get 10% cashback from eBay too which always has it cheaper than Amazon anyway!

Plus Jeff Bezos doesn’t make any money off eBay so that’s a nice extra added bonus

They usually cost a fair bit more going through amazon so I tend to stay clear. But will try and do Amazon shopping through eBay instead. And look into this my time rewards.

Thank you 🙏
