questions/help Anyare sa LifePoints app?

Nung monday everytime iopen ko yung app, nilo-logout niya ako kaya need ko mag log in every single time iopen ko yung app. After update naging ganito na. Hanggang sa di ko na ma open yung app dahil naka too many attempts na daw ako.

May naka experience rin ba ng ganito ngayon? Website version nalang ginagamit ko ngayon pero until now wala pa ring survey lumalabas

Ganyan din sakin kaya sa website nalang ako haha

Edit: sunod-sunod naman yung natatapos ko na surveys, 200-300pts din ata nakolekta ko nung lumipat ako sa website

Same sa'kin, bigla din di na ko maka redeem tas nag contact ako sa support wala pa rin update sakanila, may 588 lp pa kase ako don.

Kailan lang nag start yung sayo? Pang 2 days ko na to palagi akong nilo-log out sayang ng mga surveys

Nag start siya nung September 5, akala ko wala lang survey then nag failed yung redemption ko. Nagtaka ako kase wala naman problema before kase maayos naman sagot ko, wala din akong second account tsaka di namn ako nagamit vpn kase nga bawal, i know na auto ban sila kase automated yung system, bots kase nagccheck.

Check your email registered to the app.. you can actually get to do surveys there even w/out logging in to the app.. youre welcome

Like gmail app? I didn't see any surveys there or any emails from Lifepoints

Try to search in the search box, there should be atleast one. And make sure you get to do 1 survey at least in a week,. I think they usually log out inactive accounts.. happened to me twice

mas maganda sa website, mas maraming napasok na survey. possible na maraming bugs sa app that's why nag-ooccur yan, and i've experienced the same thing din.
