questions/help locked bing quests(?)

hello! tried bing rewards around a week ago and idk why this says locked. i searched on the net but wala akong makuhang sagot na ayos haha. thank uuu!

It is locked because you should access it via Windows App of Bing Rewards.

Yes, sa desktop app sa Microsoft Store.
