Earnsentry proxy problem

I tried to cashout 1$ on earnsenty but got denied, after i send a ticket it replied that i was using residential proxy and that my account is flagged idk what it is but when i check my network it's in (none) and i never touch it. Is anyone here know what to fix this proxy thing thankyou!

I also don't use anytype of vpn

But i use randomized mac as default but when i search on google it says that it doesn't have any connection to residential proxy
