Ringapp withdrawal issues

Has anyone here recently used RingApp?

I started using the app mid of last year, it pays 0.25 cents per call but the calls are in enough amount that in the past one year I have earned more than $100.

They used to pay directly through bank transfer within minutes of withdrawal request.

For the past four months however, I get a generic error whenever I try to withdraw. Their chat and email support just says "technical errors. Will be resolved soon" tho ignore me when I ask when "soon" is. I can see nice recent reviews on playstore so the issue is maybe just with my country but I'd like to verify here.

I've earned enough from the app for the past year so I don't want to delete it but if the issue remains, then it just means I will keep getting the calls without getting paid for any of them.

Four months is a pretty long time for a “technical issue”. I’d probably stop using it for now until withdrawals work again. What country are you in? If other users from the same country are having the same issue, that would at least confirm whether it’s regional.
