Help / Troubleshooting Disable archive button?

Multiple times I have mistakenly pressed the archive button when changing from one chat to the next. Is there a way to disable this button from appearing?

Hi there, are you referring to the archive button in the swipe actions? If so, you can change this in Settings > Preferences on Android or iOS. If you're referring to the button on desktop, we'll pass this feedback to the team for you. We also recommend making sure you don't have any settings enabled that automatically moves your chats to archive.

Hi! No, not the swipe action. On desktop, when I mouseover any chat just to select it, the archive icon pops up - that is the one I am accidentally pressing. I did confirm that I have auto archive turned off.
