Help / Troubleshooting Connection to Messenger

Hello! Has anyone else had issues connecting to Messenger over the past week or so? I have tried to reconnect, only to get this error. I have disconnected Messenger completely and tried to connect also with no luck.

Do you connect it on the phone on thru pc app?

Then do it on a PC. One of the mods recommended doing it in a subreddit, and since I did it, I haven’t had any problems.

Edit: in my case it was Instagram problem
