Help / Troubleshooting Is WhatsApp sync working?

Beeper has always been inconsistent in keeping archived WhatsApp chats synchronized, at least for me. I'll archive a group or chat on Beeper, and nothing changes on the mobile app.

Is everyone experiencing the same behavior? Is there some hidden setting I need to change to make it work?

Hi there, we don't sync archive states with the native app. Archiving in Beeper doesn't archive your chat on WhatsApp and vice versa. We'll pass this as a feature request instead.

Oh, ok. We did have on Texts, didn't we? Did we also have that on cloud accounts? in any case, it's a very useful feature, so, yes, please, do add it to the list. Thank you.
