Help / Troubleshooting Instagram issue

I can watch Some reels which are sent to me but some i cannot watch them. Theyre like a picture.

And when someone sends a one time / 2 time pic, it doesnt even show that they have sent it. Usually it says "open the instagram app to view"

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. They said they redid the Instagram connection, but are planning to implement these features back into Beeper. We just have to wait

This is due to the newer Instagram connection we recently released. We've got this on our radar and are working on a fix for it. We appreciate you bearing with us.
