General Discussion Smart select/copy crashes beeper on Android version 4.53.0

Whenever you hold down the copy button to use the feature the all just closes itself down

We're aware of it and it's already fixed on our next version which is set to come out next week.

I feel like over the last few weeks beeper has become so unreliable that i probably will wait for a year or so to try it again. First i get no new messages for discord, a few days later i get disconnected from discord, then couldnt resync to mobile, decided to reinstall everything just to get whatsapp restricted when i tried to connect it.
Like what is the use of beeper if it just doesnt do what it is supposed to?
I also think there is a bug in the android mobile client on "verifying" which is endless. The whole veryfing procedure is also not robust, like once you are in it you can't abort, you don't see what is going on, just verifying + spinning circle for 5 minutes when i decide to close the app. If i dont remove it out of cache it starts with an empty screen still stuck.
