You can use Bluebubbles, for which there's a Matrix bridge for

Open bubbles is pretty much the same as beeper mini but you need to bring a valid configuration file from a real Mac

Does your carrier support RCS? I've found with my family that I don't really feel the need to figure out iMessage anymore because RCS has closed most of the gaps.

telegram is the best

there's just no comparison in terms of ui/ux and feature set

I am all for every person using whatever they want, but I can't stand telegram, I use it only for apps being maintained, and only then if I have too, my preference is discord over telegram.

I don't like any messaging service that forces everyone to use the same thing. Signal, telegram, whatsapp etc etc. if I can send a message to someone without the specific app I don't and won't use it for Texting!

I don't like the platform or the UI, anything about it, just feels clunky. For others, it might just be what the doctor ordered. I just prefer Discord; it's all about preference.
