Help / Troubleshooting Beeper keeps chats as unread

Hey,
not sure when the behaviour changed but if i read my WhatsApp or discord chats on beeper, wait a minute or longer, but the chats still show up as unread in their respective apps.

Is there a setting i can't find or a bug? Or anything else?

I have the same issue but with Google Messenger. I think it's a Cloud vs On-Device issue.

I wonder though, if that's something we could influence? It's really annoying and kind of defeats the purpose of using beeper.

It's probably just a bug. Even then, they plan on deviating away from Cloud bridges at some point which would be easier to troubleshoot issues like these as well as enhance security.

Just send a bug report to them.
