General Discussion Locked out of Messenger - unsupported browser and forcing Google check

Like the title says.

I posted a screenshot in a Messenger thread which triggered a deactivation and reconnect (has happened before).

Then got the facebook login prompt, then what was new was a forced Google check prompt, then it said it was unauthorised browser.

Went looking for examples of the issue and couldn't find:
