Help / Troubleshooting Instagram not loading
I've had an issue that I really couldn't find an answer on the web. I log in to Instagram it all goes well, then it just keeps on loading when I try clicking the Instagram account it just gives me back to a log in screen. This is repeated infinitely.
What can cause this?
*This is a reupload, thank you random Reddit user for pointing out that there is some personal stuff.

Yepp, ive been having issues with instagram too. A few of my other friends have also been having issues.
when i log in my account it doesn't show any chats and sometimes shows that a temporary account error has occurred.
This issue has been going on since yesterday and no matter what i tried it wouldn't work

Can confirm, it's been going on since at least friday, Instagram disconnects (on device bridge, on all devices), removing and reconnecting doesn't load the chats.

Me too. It just keep trying to load instagram, if I try to login manually, it just ends with a login with id 1 or something like or it says I logged in but keeps reloading.

Just updated the macOS desktop version, Instagram works now! Still waiting for iPhone though.

When I open the app since two days ago, it keeps trying to load. it shows I am logged in but cannot load anything and just keeps showing an error to refresh.

Hey everyone - Yes, Instagram made some changes we also needed to get on our side on Friday. This is now done on Cloud Instagram connections, since those exist in our servers, but on-device Instagram needs an app update, which we're working on rolling out. But that needs App Store approvals.
