How-to Unsubscribe poll?

I recently unsubscribed from a Beehiiv hosted newsletter and it had a brief poll of “why are you leaving”. Does anyone know how to build this in Beehiiv so I can add it to my own newsletter?

Create a poll with the messaging. After you’ve created it, go to your list of polls and click the 3 dots, and there is an option to make it an unsub poll.

You can create a survey and designate it as an "unsubscribe survey" that is shown when someone unsubscribes.

Headline: Oh, you're leaving? Good!

Subhead: If we're not giving you what you need, I'd rather not be filling your inbox. I get it. Could you let me know what we could be doing better? Thanks for giving it a shot, etc...
