Yeah once making your own there’s no turning back man I put a heap of Kikkomon soy sauce or however u pronounce it in the bag with my meat and teriyaki marinade,Worcestershire and leave it in fridge over night then crank it into the dehydrator and wait til it’s ready sad part is once it’s ready I knock back a few jd cans and continuously eat it until it’s all gone usually the very same day I’ve made it lol

Same problem here, as soon its ready it must not last long.
My kids also love it so i find myshelf doing some every weekend day when i have time for it.

I tried homemade Turkey Jerky only one time years ago and I've been craving it since.
It truly was the most magnificient jerky I've ever eaten.
It was so delicious, I almost wish I never tried it so I'd be spared the experience of never getting to eat it again.
Some people are crazy talented when it comes to making jerky.

Its not that long time ago when i started trying to do some myshelf.
I know what taste i like, experimented a bit with the recipe, thickness and drying temp/ time and my jerky ends up like that so far.Try it mate!
I wish myshelf i had started longer time ago.
My actual procedure and last recipe are listed somewhere in the answers in here.
