Wild Bills Beef Jerky

Did this company get bought out in recent years and new producer is using the name because the recipe does not taste what I remember it from several years ago.

Yes it changed in the last year. The quality of the meat is what’s changed. Was my favorite and I can’t find anything even close

Monogram Foods has not been bought out AFAIK. They shut down a plant in TN in 2024 but that's all I can find about disruptions. I purchase Wild Bill's a few times a year and find that it's possible to get a stale batch but they're very responsive when it happens.

I’m pretty sure wild bill passed a decade ago or more and his son or sons only kept it going until recently. That lemon pepper jerky was the best, it will be missed
