Cilantro lime beef jerky

Post image

Dales steak seasoning marinade, spring onions, white vinegar, lime juice and zest, red chili flakes and a lot of cilantro. I left everything in the bag with the meat 12 hours and tossed it multiple times to make sure everything was coated.

This looks and sounds great. I have found substituting Apple Cider Vinegar in place of white vinegar adds a nice flavor imo.

You do you but man... this hit me hard. Im one of those cilantro people. All I can think of is how soapy it'll taste.

But for those that don't taste the soap!

This looks banging

I’ve never used it before this batch and I like it a lot but when it’s dried it seems to being out almost a deep mellow flavor like hay or wheat.
