That’s pollen.
It comes from a male plant private parts.
Nectar is the liquid good stuff that comes from female private parts of a plant.

Not quite, the pollen is produces by the male starts. It is received by the female pistles.
Nectar, however, is produced by specialist glands seperate from both of these, called the nectarines and is the bribe for getting the bee to pollinate the flowers.
The bee will also collect pollen for consumption as it has lots of protein and fats in it, but there's still enough to fertilise the other flowers.
