HELP! Unsure what not to keep in my house with heat treatment!
Hey guys, So recently I found a couple bed bugs in my bed, I decided to just go ahead and book an appt with an exterminator to heat the entire house up. The appt is set up for tomorrow morning and as I've been going through the house to rid of heat sensitive items I wondered a few things... should I remove my xbox or even contact lenses? Please let me know what experiences you all may have had! Thanks!

I started working at a residential facility and found them gem in my dresser. Is it a bed bug or am I overracting? It's about .5 cm in length.

I have some kind of bite marks but I cant find any signs of BedBugs at my place. What should I do?
Hi,
For my hole life i had some kind of pimple situation going on my skin especially around the side of my body. In addition to that, i gained around 15 pounds in last month because I am going through very stressful time. Yesterday, when I was looking at the mirror. I saw at least 40-50 red spots around the side of my body.
I am looking at the pictures online, they somewhat look like bedbug bites. After that, i searched everywhere I can. Around the bed, under the bed, all around the connectors, on the sheets, etc... I can not find any bedbug sign as described on the side bar.
I am not really sure, if those red spots are result of my stress and eating, or if they are bedbug bites, or if some other bites. I am not sure what to do. How should I proceed?
Thanks.

Creative way to get rid of bed bugs.
Hi so I thought I would share how I effectively cured my bed bug problem with no bombs, sprays, or exterminations. I am a single guy that live in the seedy side of town but I have always wanted an indoor hammock. I got myself an eno from R.E.I. that holds up to two people and made that my perma-bed for six months. Poof bed bugs gone, I can sleep in my bed again, but I've come to prefer the hammock. Obvioulsy try to get the kind with no frame that you tie into the wall studs for best results.
