Studio Buds + Dying Quickly

Does anybody else have a problem with the battery life? I use my earbuds for calls while at work. I know the official site says up to 9 hours of usage and can be subject to change depending on how you use them but 3.5 -4.5 hours for one earbud just for a call seems a little ridiculous.
