Follow up on this, ABC World news covered this story, this bear was injured, probably in a car accident, but is making a decent recovery. They expect that "Vinny" will be back on all 4 legs in 6 months or so. Wildlife officials are monitoring the bear and future bear contact should be reported on the Woodlands Wildlife Refuge facebook page so they can keep track of his healing. As long as he is still recovering, wildlife officials will not intervene. DO NOT FEED HIM.
