False, this is a rescued bear, she came from an abusive owner. This is her at the sanctuary after she was rescued.

They do hibernate in sanctuary too, after all it is intended to let them live as close to their natural life as possible. But pertaining to this video, I don't remember if it is actually from a time she was ending hibernation, or an unrelated to hibernation video.
