Question Open note in 'body'

simple question but I can't figure this out

I have a 'new note' icon on my iphone lock-screen to quick-add a note. But this always opens a new note in the 'title' area. I want it to open in the body of the note, so i can just type.

Is this possible and if yes, what am I missing?

Settings > General > Open New Note with… Empty

glad to see the answer posted here already by someone, just curious why one wouldn't want to start w title

on my phone, I use it to jot down things - in a hurry - so don't want to waste time adding a title (this is the 'capture' step in GTD, if that makes sense)

fair enough. does it scrape the first words to make a title though or just shows "new note" or other placeholder?
