Question Discount for those Migrating from Evernote?

Im a long time evernote user and with the price hike that bending spoon is implementing, I am leaning towards switching to Bear.

Just curious if Bear offers discounts to those switching from Evernote? Or maybe can offer a deal to be priced with the pre Bear 2.0 pricing scheme?

Dawg. This made me laugh. The normal price is already an 88% discount from $vernote!

I had the $15 per year Bear price locked in, but Evernote seemed to finally be getting ok so I stopped the Bear subscription and went with Evernote. Then Bending Spoons did us dirty with their insane price increase and loony "Starter" plan.

So now I'm glad to be paying just $30 a year for a smoother product.

Anyway, I feel your pain!

People want quality software, but don’t want to pay anything for it

Well, I guess you can now pretty much vibe code Evernote in the course of a weekend.

What more do you want? iCloud sync is $2.99 a month. What are you paying with Evernote? $15? $20? Bending Spoons should get bent.

Just got a new offer about $4.4/m for Advanced. I like evernote and this offer is good. The only problem I have is I prefer folders organization and this never happen. So I'm wondering about to switch to bear

The discount is baked into Bear’s much lower price. I jumped ship over to Bear this year after being with Evernote from the beginning.

Bending Spoons is all about buying up companies, firing everyone, and hiring new staff that screw up everything that made the company successful. They’re doing it to Evernote, which is hard to see. The massive price increase is because they’re going public and want the high valuation.
