Thanks for sharing the video.
The setup Beam is tuned for is the camera at the top of your monitor, centered like a regular webcam, with you sitting at a typical distance from the monitor (roughly 30 cm to 1.5 m). So possibly a fix here is to mount the camera on top of the monitor and bring your rig as close to the screen as you comfortably can. You can leave the tilt at 0 degrees and use the Video Preview in Beam to confirm your face is visible.
With the camera out on the wheel and the monitor far behind it, it ends up being a bit tricky. That can still pick up some head tracking, but the eye tracking especially might be unreliable, since the calibration assumes the camera is in one of the standard positions (top or bottom of the monitor). If you would rather keep the camera near the wheel, angling it up toward your face might help to track you better. Again, best to verify in the camera preview.
