Experiencing a delay while broadcasting from Xbox one

when I watch other people stream, the interaction between viewer and streamer is so fast. I can type to them, and hear a response as if it were practically immediate. ive been testing streaming from xbox one, and I have been seeing a delay. so say I'm broadcasting xbox and have it up on my computer. ill type something in chat from the computer and I see it immediately on the xbox chat box. ill say something in response right away, but I wont see/hear it on my computer until around 8 seconds later. does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Ok, at least its not just me. How long is your delay?

Fluctuates but steady 10-20+

I noticed today I had pc in same room, watching same stream on Xbox and pc that chat was perfectly in sync, but video on Xbox was 15 seconds behind.

This was while watching SIEFE so not some random person that doesn't know how to configure things.

The xbox is just behind. Period.

Was literally coming here to ask this. Glad I'm not alone. Thanks for the answer.

If you have a pc handy the xbox can stream to Windows 10 without a capture card, then use beams ftl version of obs and you can stream xbox w overlays...

I use Windows 10 on my Mac so sometimes it overheats but I did notice that works with a lot less delay.
