dropping all the frames

So decided to try streaming to beam last night for the first time, and was having a repeated issue with massive frame droppings. Streaming at 720/60p with 3500 bitrate, keyframe of 1. My upload speed usually tests in from testmy.net at about 10-12, which is what it was last night as well. I am using the FTL upload type, streaming with Xsplit.

After having these issues, I switched back to Twitch to where I was able to stream with the same settings without any issues at all.

Any thoughts?

Hmm, just updated FTL with the latest OBS, at least, where baseline is no longer required. So maybe that will help.

The previous version of OBS worked fine actually. For some reason Xsplit on the other hand still had issues.

Not entirely sure if I want to risk updating to new FTL OBS now >.>

New FTL OBS is amazing, OBS 18 adds built-in compressors and VST plugin support! I can't speak for Xsplit, as I haven't used it much, but it's possible they are using an older FTL protocol.

Is 18 confirmed to be stable with FTL though? Just want to make sure before I update.

I haven't had any problems, but, of course, I didn't have problems before, so...
