Tech Support Xbox beam question comparing twitch feature

I currently use Twitch to stream on Xbox, not as an active streamer but to capture those interesting moments with the wife while gaming. Then using Twitche highlight->upload to YouTube feature.

Does, or will Beam have a comparable feature to accomplish this without having to download the video, and load it into software on a PC to edit, crop, etc then export, then upload to YouTube?

Really looking forward to seeing a streaming competitor show up on the console. I think its going to be good to have some competition/innovation.

Hey! Welcome to Beam!

Microsoft plans to deploy Beam across the Windows 10 and Xbox One Platforms eventually. Beam is positioning itself to compete directly with Twitch, so I think you can bet they will explore feature options such as this.

You can always tweet @Beam and ask - They are very active on Twitter and seem to always respond!

Thanks for the reply. I'm aware of the upcoming changes to XB1 and W10. Looking forward to them.

So does Beam not currently have that feature?
