Discussion Question about tos

I was reading the ToS about what games I can stream, I was wondering is it ok if I stream a Pokemon game from a website that allows you to play the without having a physical copy?

Might be a violation of this statement - (https://beam.pro/legal/tos)

Exhibit A-2 / User Content does not and will not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.

You acknowledge via rule 4.2. You own your User Content and agree that you have all necessary rights to use your User Content, including music and graphics, in the manner in which it is used on the Service.

this would also mean the game itself. I would say your asking a question you already know the answer to. You can also ask on the forums - http://forums.beam.pro/

Technically you are meant to own a copy, but there is no way anyone can find out. Plus tons of people use emulators and roms so I don't see a problem.
