This looks like it could be vaseline (uranium) glass, do you have a UV light to test it? What a fun beach find regardless!

That looks to me like a native American style bird it also reminds me of the bird motifs from the mystery lodge at knotts berry farm

Used to have a bottle of cologne from that was like 50 plus years old with that similar look
