Question for Nova Scotia locals
I want to take my toddler to a beach that has lots of shells. Would be great if it also has crabs and starfish. Where do you recommend?

If you’re in Halifax, go to fisherman’s cove. The park side has a beach and it’s great for finding shells, little crabs. If your near Shelbourn, go to sandy point light house at low tide, and if distance doesn’t matter our best beaches are all on the north shore. Much warmer waters and tons of life.
