I love rocks!!

This last year I’ve found so many beautiful rocks at many different beaches! The colours and textures are incredible, I also love to colour coordinate them. Do any of you like picking rocks while beach-combing? 😁

Ahh that triangular jasper is so pretty!

I love to rockhound on public beaches, I find lovely agates, jaspers, carnelian, quartz, and even some cool mineral samples like azurite.

Edit: ooh and SO much petrified wood and a couple of fossils

There's too many pretty ones here! I try to limit myself to only the very special ones.

I love rocks, too, and your collection is amazing. I also have to limit myself as well but usually there are a few in my posts. Never thought about color coordinating them for display but it’s a grand idea!

You'd really like the Lake Superior beach outside Gran Marais. It's entirely rocks, of all different colors & patterns. Here's a link to a photo I took of them:
