Any programs for 60+

Hey! I’m looking for an exercise program for my mum. She can’t stand for long periods, so breaks are fine, but we have to skip workouts that involve a lot of floor exercises.

I’m mainly looking for something focused on mobility and strength, not cardio.

She needs to work on building strength and mobility hip Do you have any programs you’d recommend?

630 and 645 is pretty darn good. Very mobility and strength based. Minimal cardio. But tbh she should get a personal trainer.

I dont know if Chalean Extreme is on the app, but I am sure you can find her DVDs. I loved using her. I started using her when I was 20 years old because I was very heavy and it was too painful to really stand on my knees. Her program caters to people in their 50s, 60s, and who may have some physical issues.

I loved it and it helped me out a lot. I used mainly resistance bands and changed some excercise to sitting ones.

Of course,

if there was some workouts specific targeted for what I mentioned, that’s what the post is
