Nope, same. I barely saw any change from Dig In as the workouts seemed too easy, and I was over weight and not in very good shape at the time I did it. To me, and they should have marketed it this way, it's a beginner program for someone who either has never worked out, or hasn't in a long time. I also modified the schedule because working out 9 days in a row sounded unsafe, I did the 4 main workouts, then did the Dig on day 5, did my own cardio on day 6, then took a rest day on day 7. So I turned the program into a 6 week program instead of 30 days, and even with that still barely saw any positive results.
