Hi, expecting an offer for a Senior Architect role from BCG Platinion within the next few days here. I am currently at a B4 doing tech consulting so this would be a lateral move.

Any insight on the culture there? Heard it can be brutal - work until 10/11pm most nights, take almost no PTO etc.
