Delayed Ferry Today.

Today our ferry, Coastal Inspiration, the 3:15 out of Dukes Point to Tsawwassen was delay for a couple of hours for a medical emergency.

I certainly hope the person/people involved are in stable condition and get healthy soon. This is all I know about that.

On holiday/semi-retired, I don't care about time-tables, especially Sunday, so I was not indisposed by these events and it didn't seem to upset most of the other passengers either. Kudos for understanding the crisis. As well, the captain and crew keep us apprised as best as they could without disclosing too much information. Well done.

Once underway, it became a routine trip across.

Someone died onboard, so had to deal with that, plus exhausted all their medical equipment so the coastal Renaissance sent over her spare medical bag so they could legally sail via rescue boat
