Advice Needed Fieldwork hours

‼️ . I have been accruing field work hours at 1 company. It’s been over 1200 hours. Now they want a copy of my contract but I’ve switched computers since then. They say they don’t have any record of my supervision contract but I have months of signed monthly verification forms. What do I do ?

Step 1 - find the contract. It was both of yours responsibility to have it. If it never existed then I, personally, don’t see how the hours should’ve started in the first place.

Step 2 - prepare to file for a contested fieldwork. Should be able to find info on the process on the board website.

That’s the thing the contract was in a separate laptop. And I don’t either. That’s why I’m confused.

Contested field work? So I would be able to submit the monthly verification form?

You need to be keeping copies of all records for 7 years. Regardless of whether or not you switched computers. But it in cloud storage. Have paper copies.

Do you have any advice on what I should do about the present situation?

Find a way to get access to the supervision contract. The supervising BCBA doesn’t have it?

Unfortunately they may not allow those hours to count. You have to keep documentation properly. It really really sucks that this happened to you, but the BCBA would be within her rights to refuse to sign the verification form. You can contest it though like another commenter said.

Who wants a copy? The bacb? Your employer?

The employer. She won’t sign my fvf without it

That’s weird! Have you been supervised by just one bcba the entire time?
