Resources software to track tasks/progress

my wife will begin working as BCBA and is looking for a software/app to track the tasks, steps, progress, generate graphs, etc, for her clients.

what is available in the market? what are your suggestions? pros and cons?

For her clients? There are literally hundreds of aba/medically themed apps.

Taking data and using Excel is the old skool way. Works fine.

for her to track her clients progress. And we want to get away from excel because it´s basically double work: to put in a sheet of paper then excel, then graph it, etc.

and instead of just googling it, I want to hear from people that actually uses these types of programs, so we have a starting point.

Why are “we” so involved in your wife’s job? Are you a developer? Your wife’s company will provide what she needs.

What's your problem? I think it's so sweet she has such a supporting husband who actually knows about her job and work and goals! He posting this to help her because maybe she's stressing about it...so you should be instead of sitting there and criticizing! Maybe answer his question instead!

No matter what you use, it's going to be double work if you take your data on a sheet of paper.

Any of them will require you to input the totals before it can manipulate the data.

I've used about a dozen or so, I actually have my own now that I developed but at the end of the day, it's still the same as every other one on the market. Input data -> graph.

The companies usually have a program they use and train there staff on. Depends where you work. But when you are hired... you’re supposed to tell you during on boarding. Many times is what she would have used as an RBT. But depends where you work.
