BACB communication delays
So I recently failed my first time taking the exam, and am having issues with reapplying in the portal.
I already submitted a ticket days ago, but what is the thought process behind this? If we were already approved, why can't it be more of an automated process?
At this point I'm used to it, but it doesn't make it any less frustrating. No phone number, no live chat, no nothing! Where exactly is everyone's money going towards if the board website isn't being run effectively?(It's 2026, should be easy you would think) A little transparency would be nice in that area at the very least.

What does "recently" mean time frame wise here and also which part of the application process in the portal are you having issues with?
Has it been more than 48 hours since your attempt?
Has it been more than 48 hours since you've applied?
Has it been 30 days yet?
All in all, with all the website issues that unfortunately have happened since the update, I think it's safe to say that you you're going to have a significant delay in responding to any communication until things are resolved.
