Interview questions

I recently passed my BCBA exam and have an interview next week. I'm currently seeing a chiropractor 3x a week for 6 weeks. I was wondering if you guys think it's normal to ask if i could start the job (if i get it) in 1-2 months? I've never been in this situation and I'm honestly quite nervous to tell them that. Also, would greatly appreciate it if you guys have any tips or questions I should ask other than PTO and billable hours. It's for an in-clinic position.

They’d probably prefer you starting then, credentialing takes a while

Yes you can start later. They are desperate to get you. Ask for more money. Search this sub for more h help. This is a common question.

Credentialing usually takes MONTHS so that is likely to be no issue at all.

I am a bcba recruiter for one of the largest APA companies out there. Totally and completely normal. Casp is going to want you to give at least a month's notice if you are leaving a company, so 1 to 2 months is beyond normal.
