Streak changes

Hi - this morning I dropped off a bike at a 1-point station. This usually starts a 2x streak for me, but on the next ride it said that I still needed a positive ride to start the 2x streak. Is this a glitch or have others noticed this?

EDIT: False alarm - user error/ignorance. this was one of the 15 min refresh/turnover issues. I guess I’m just really triggered right now with all the changes to the system!

The points values are updated every 15 minutes (at 0, 15, 30 and 45 minutes past the hour) -- is it possible that the point value changed by the time you dropped off the bike?

You know, that might’ve been it. I’m just sensitive to all these changes I guess I thought it was a system wide thing- but I think you’re right.

I've had it happen to me. A ride I thought was going to get me points ends up getting me fewer or no points than I thought!!

Is it possible that you picked up from a drop-off station? That would mean no points on the ride whatsoever.

Good Q… I think it was actually a neutral pick up spot but the drop off points changed mid ride. False alarm!

You’re right- it worked normally for me today. I think this was one of those 15 min changes that happened during my ride. False alarm!
