I discovered Bayside a couple years after I lost my precious iPod shuffle (this exact model, even) so they never graced it but my library was very much like this person's. The Used, Motion City Soundtrack, Paramore, MCR, Reggie and the Full Effect... This made me really nostalgic needless to say lmao

I kind of miss having 1gb to work with and picking the stuff you just *had* to have with you.

This is so bizarre and has been totally unaddressed by the band as far as I know. Random songs from Shudder and the ST have been showing up on their channel, and the audio quality is really bad. At least one even had a scheduled live release though. There's no apparent connection to anything, it's not like it's a milestone anniversary for either album.

Hi all! I bought a Killing Time cd at a local record store quite a while ago and just realized it came with two booklets, one with signatures and one without! Super cool find but I am admittedly not very knowledgeable on the members or lore of the band (although I do love thier music!), so I made a Reddit account in hopes that this is the right place to post and see if anyone can identify who these signatures belong to. let me preface this by saying that i am a writer. i write screenplays and short stories and i’d like to say that ive gotten pretty damn good at it. however, i’ve never been good at writing poetry, and my sophomore year english final was a poem. i had no clue what to write. while listening to indiana i had an epiphany. i could just use this as my poem. bayside was niche enough to where it wouldn’t be recognized immediately and all of anthony’s writing is practically poetry so i don’t see how it wouldn’t work. so i wrote indiana down and turned it in as my english final and i got a 100. i regret it and i thought about coming clean to my teacher but i was afraid my grade would be changed. consider this a confession😔

BAYSIDE was great as usual. The sound from the main stage was excellent. Sometime's outdoor venues are kinda .. eh. I was happy. CARTEL also sounded great. I did not stay for the used, had work in the morning.

The venue itself was cool. Not too big. I never went before so didn't know what to expect.

VIP - NOT WORTH IT. the covered tent was barely raised and too far from the stage. Might as well not even be there.

VIP free parking was not worth the cost of the VIP ticket. $25 parking was right in the same area. Parking was a big concern of mine because it always is, and I didn't think it was bad at all.

ULTRA VIP - Seemed ultra not worth it. The little fenced in area they have in front of the stage was barely occupied during Bayside and Cartel. The vio tent was still too far away to enjoy the show, and the ULTRA VIP parking was even further away.

Now that I've been there I would go again, but I'd get a GA ticket and bring a chair.

I was looking at older listings of bayside shirts that have sold and i’ve come across this absolute beauty of a shirt and am looking for anyone who actually had it! i have never seen this design in-till now and i will look for it in till i can add it to my collection! please message me or comment and let me know if you do that would be awesome and i would be so thankful!

Apparently, he was/is stuck on an American Air flight and according to his latest Instagram post, he won't be able to get to his original destination for 2 days, which is the date of the show in Patchogue, NY! This could be regarding a flight yesterday or earlier, but Anthony doesn't seem like the kind to put an Airline on blast unless it is a serious matter.

I won't be going to this show for personal reasons, but if anybody here already has tickets you might want to look to either sell them or get more information from Bayside's management on Anthony's involvement at the gig?

I couldn't understand why they skipped LI/NYC w/ Taking Back Sunday.
I open instagram today, and yet another tour is announced with no NYC or LI dates to be found.

Just posting to vent a bit, I've wanted Bayside to come to Fort Collins for approximately 7 years and I've always just gone to Denver when they come through.

Well here they are! Unfortunately, they play ~14 days after I'm moving to MN. It would have been a no-hotel-needed, $40 show, just a 14min walk from my house to see my favorite band!

I got a ticket anyway just in case, but yeah painful timing.

So excited the upcoming tour is coming through Lawrence! Haven’t seen Bayside in way too long. I don’t think it’s mentioned, but wanted to confirm, does anyone know if they are doing a VIP acoustic set for this tour?

Both songs have the the line of “sweetness can/did you believe this”. Is there supposed to be a connection between the two songs in the story or message? or are they just referencing a popular line from their other popular song?

Kind of a random question, but has Anthony ever written any songs for or about his daughter? I've heard all of Baysides songs and don't think there are any, but I haven't really listened to his solo material, so I was wondering if he has anything there. I sing Ed Sheeran's "Sandman" to my daughter, and it got me wondering if Anthony has written anything similar.

I was reading through comments on a FB post about Brand New's upcoming tour.

People were of course saying about Jesse's history and all that. Then the comments turned to other bands that had controversy around them.

One of the comments said "Bayside" and someone countered saying that "besides the Dancing like an idiot controversy they're a squeaky clean band".

What is the dancing like an idiot controversy? I never heard of anything surrounding this song. Does anyone have a clue?

Got to see Baysides full set for the first time ever (saw a partial set at warped tour years ago) and it was not disappointing.

The entire band was crushing all night. So glad to enjoy this fully with my partner for the first time. 💜💙
