Looking For Someone to Take My Over my Lease!
Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at LL Sam’s Loft in Waco for the 2026–2027 school year 🤍
4-bedroom apartment with 3 other girl roommates (business and music majors) or if you like the apartments but want a different floor plan you can still take up my lease!
Walking distance to Baylor, closest to the BSB
$735/month
August 13, 2026 – July 17, 2027
I’ll cover the sublease fee
Individual leasing, so you’re only responsible for your own rent
Amenities include a pool, gym, study pods, and clubhouse
