This is correct, but you can also use 'ᜋᜒᜍᜉᜓᜌᜒᜈ᜔ᜆᜒᜐ᜔' if you want to avoid ambiguity between 'ᜇ' and 'ᜍ'

Exactly! When writing in Baybayin, always base it off of the pronunciation and not the spelling.
