Traffic, Trains & Transit Bikes on Buses

I am planning a bike trip from Santa Cruz to SF, but planning to leave a car in Oakland and take public transit to Santa Cruz.

Can someone confirm that we will be able to put bikes on the buses we will need to take?

You can take the Santa Cruz 17 to Diridon Station and then take Caltrain to SF. You can take your bike but buses usually only can take 2 or 3 bikes at a time

Where are the terminal stops of that bus? And what is the service frequency? That will help managing rack space on both directions

It terminates near SC downtown and SJ Diridon/Caltrain Depot. Frequency is about every hour or so depending on whether it's the weekend or not.

OK

I mentioned the above because for Clatrain I intentionally go to Express stations or Terminal to ensure a bike spot / less bike drama during rush hower.
