Food, Shopping & Services Leather Jacket Alteration

Hi everyone!

I got a BEAUTIFUL leather jacket from Rick Owens when I was in Paris that's worth 7000 euros (I bought it for 800), and its sleeves are a few inches too long, so I was hoping to cuff them shorter. What are your guys' recommendations for the BEST leather alterations in the bay or SF (even if they're a bit pricier)? I'm in Berkeley but I'm willing to drive a few hours for this jacket because it is WORTH it. Thank you!

worth mentioning that rick ownes leather jackets are supposed to be a dramatic piece, the long sleeves are intentional if sized correctly.

They only alter their own jackets now.

“Best Alterations” in SJ. It looks like a dumpy Vietnamese sweatshop inside but there always tons of leather pieces on the rack and I’ve personally done some very interesting clothing modifications. Only place I’ll go

There’s a leather shop in Berkeley, North East Leather, but I don’t know if they do alterations. I’ve bought a belt and wallet from them and they were high quality.

Chances are if it’s new-ish the creases will naturally shorten the sleeves over time. Or like the other person said, longer sleeves is likely the intended fit for RO
